  1. Outdoor water spigots covered with insulation (up to 4 insulated covers)
  2. Sweep leaves off of the roof
  3. Clean out gutters and downspouts
  4. Remove trash from flower beds
  5. Power wash front and back porches (up to 400 sq. ft. of ceilings, walls & floors)
  6. Trim trees and bushes away from the home
  7. Wash the exterior of all first-floor windows

ADD-ONS:

  • EXTERIOR – $300 – Power wash the exterior of the home and clean exterior light fixtures that are attached to the home
  • DRIVEWAY – $200- Power wash driveways & walkways
  • TRIM & WINDOWS – $175 – Sealing

PREMIUM: $1,150
